Gearset is the leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, allowing users to build and manage various aspects of their Salesforce development.
The platform integrates via public APIs and does not develop within the Salesforce environment, requiring close collaboration with domain experts.
The engineering team releases new versions of Gearset multiple times a day, focusing on improving observability and infrastructure tools to quickly address issues.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to impact both what is built and how it is built.
Engineers work across the business and engage directly with customers and partners to solve pressing problems.
The tech stack includes C#, React, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, and Kubernetes, and you will help define what great looks like.

Requirements:

A pragmatic approach to work, prioritizing iteration and delivering value to customers over process and deliberation is essential.
Previous experience as a full-stack engineer, including direct customer interaction, is required.
A passion for learning and continual improvement, along with comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedback, is necessary.
Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React is a great asset.
Expertise in an OOP language (e.g., Java, C++) and a modern JS framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is preferred.
Proficiency in working on a distributed, cloud-hosted product with rapid release cycles is advantageous.
Experience in an agile development team, delivering incremental small slices, and reacting to meet user needs is beneficial.

The salary for this position ranges from £59k to £78k, depending on experience.
This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, remotely in the UK.
