They are looking for strong Backend Engineers with experience in building systems with high availability for their SaaS platform.
The role involves working closely with front end engineers and the product team, contributing to the software process, and having a direct impact on product development.
Responsibilities include contributing to architecture, specification reviews, automated testing, implementation, code reviews, debugging, and documentation.
The engineer will design, build, test, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and systems within the platform.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience with OOP languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Node.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience with Python is required.
Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a plus.
Candidates should have experience building and maintaining public-facing RESTful APIs designed for scalability.
Experience in making architecture decisions and participating in project design and architecture is necessary.
Applicants must be able to write maintainable and well-tested server-side applications.
Self-directed and self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working with diverse teams are preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a plus.
