Description:
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, supporting, and iterating frontend and/or backend functionality for the Memora care delivery platform.
Collaborate with various teams including Product Management, UX, Architecture, QA, TechOps, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to follow enterprise SaaS SDLC best practices.
Develop features such as patient management dashboard, care program management dashboard, care program configuration UI, platform messaging services, data models and APIs for EHR systems, and more.
Participate in Engineering On-Call rotation and collaborate with Client Support team to investigate and resolve client support cases.
Promote product development best practices, supportability, and code quality by mentoring other software engineers.
Manage technical debts and escalate issues to Technical Lead and Engineering Manager as needed.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in shipping, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade software products.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js (Express) for writing readable, testable, and supportable code.
Familiarity with React for front-end development and design systems like Material-UI and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with RESTful APIs, relational or NoSQL databases, containerized app deployments, and test-driven development.
Knowledge of scrum methodology, mentoring junior engineers, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
