Description:

  • The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, supporting, and iterating frontend and/or backend functionality for the Memora care delivery platform.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Product Management, UX, Architecture, QA, TechOps, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to follow enterprise SaaS SDLC best practices.
  • Develop features such as patient management dashboard, care program management dashboard, care program configuration UI, platform messaging services, data models and APIs for EHR systems, and more.
  • Participate in Engineering On-Call rotation and collaborate with Client Support team to investigate and resolve client support cases.
  • Promote product development best practices, supportability, and code quality by mentoring other software engineers.
  • Manage technical debts and escalate issues to Technical Lead and Engineering Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in shipping, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade software products.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js (Express) for writing readable, testable, and supportable code.
  • Familiarity with React for front-end development and design systems like Material-UI and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, relational or NoSQL databases, containerized app deployments, and test-driven development.
  • Knowledge of scrum methodology, mentoring junior engineers, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
