The role is for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about software engineering and excited to use cloud technology to improve the US healthcare industry.
The engineer will work cross-functionally with teams including Executives, Product, Implementation, Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales.
Specific duties include developing cloud solutions, building data processing pipelines, writing code in PySpark, Python, and SQL, deploying code using CI/CD frameworks, and troubleshooting client-reported incidents.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of commercial software development experience is required.
At least 3 years of experience building or using cloud services in a production environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) is necessary.
A minimum of 2 years of experience building ETL data pipelines at scale with Spark/PySpark and Databricks is required.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other OOP languages are essential.
The candidate should have a go-getter attitude with a self-starter mindset.
Staying current with emerging technologies and development techniques is important.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills, are required.
