The Senior Software Engineer position at ClearCalc is a remote role based in the United States.
You will join a fast-moving, innovative team focused on developing cutting-edge software to improve cancer care worldwide.
The role involves creating automated and standardized radiation oncology solutions.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining .NET framework applications for radiation oncology.
You will lead the coding and testing of software to ensure high quality and performance.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design new products and features for cancer centers is expected.
Troubleshooting and debugging software to resolve any issues in the development lifecycle is part of the job.
You will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
The position offers an opportunity to enhance the efficiency of cancer treatment planning systems.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in software development are required.
Proficiency with C# and the .NET framework is necessary.
Experience with Windows and WPF for desktop applications is essential.
A strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies is required.
Experience coding in large, complex systems, ideally in radiotherapy or CAD systems, is preferred.
Familiarity with 3D modeling/visualization programming is a plus.
Preferred candidates will have experience with medical device software development and knowledge of medical technologies like FHIR, HL7, and DICOM.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their application in software development is required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $150k-$180k, depending on experience.
