Description:
The Senior Software Engineer will work on bringing Pulumi’s cloud programming model to developers worldwide.
They will be part of the Pulumi Cloud team, focusing on enabling Platform engineering productivity by providing self-service capabilities with automated infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities include working with the team and product managers to clarify requirements, designing cost-effective solutions for features, coding across the full stack, and participating in code reviews and design reviews.
The engineer will enable Pulumi Cloud functionality in multiple languages and ensure features work in both cloud and self-hosted environments.

Requirements:
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a productive software engineer.
They must have a passion for writing code to solve customer problems and be proficient in modern cloud-based systems architecture and distributed systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
The engineer should be able to work to clarify ambiguity and design simple, secure, scalable, and performant solutions for features.
