Description:

Fortanix is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Systems Security) with at least 3 years of experience in Confidential Computing to join their EMEA team.
The ideal candidate will be a technical leader responsible for developing tools and SDKs for confidential computing platforms.
Responsibilities include being a subject matter expert on confidential computing environments, supporting software development, enabling remote attestation, providing technical direction, designing and implementing software solutions, staying updated on emerging technologies, contributing to strategic planning, conducting code reviews, and driving the adoption of new tools and processes.
The position is ideally located in Eindhoven, Netherlands with a remote work option available.

Requirements:

3 years of professional experience in Confidential Computing technology (e.g., Intel SGX, AMD SEV-SNP, Intel TDX, etc.).
3-5 years of hands-on experience with C/C++, Rust, and x86 or ARM assembly, and some other high-level language.
PhD in Computer Security or Computer Systems, or equivalent experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Contributions to open-source projects.
