Description:

The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the Content Assets team responsible for building the next generation of HubSpot CMS.
The role involves creating default assets, best practices, and boilerplates for other developers to model their CMS assets on.
The position requires proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React, and TypeScript for developing web applications.
The engineer will design and implement design systems for web projects and ensure accessibility, performance, and SEO optimization in web development.
Experience in building and enhancing open-source or enterprise CMS platforms is essential.
The role focuses on creating an exceptional developer experience throughout the web development process and collaborating with a skilled team.
The engineer will work on themes and apps used by thousands of customers and create materials to help third-party developers grow their businesses.

The cash compensation range for the position is between 157,600 to 236,400 USD annually.
Compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, annual bonus targets, and eligibility for participation in HubSpot’s equity plan.
Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
