Description:

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (CRM) to work remotely in the United States.
The role involves solving complex technical challenges and building CRM integrations that enhance customer engagement and business performance.
The engineer will bridge CRM systems with internal platforms, ensuring seamless workflows between sales, support, and marketing.
Responsibilities include leading the architecture, design, and implementation of CRM integrations, defining best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
The position requires conducting code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring data flow and system performance meet departmental needs.
The engineer will drive technical decision-making and act as a subject matter expert for CRM systems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in integrating CRMs with back-end systems and a deep understanding of CRM data models and APIs is required.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (or similar frameworks) and comfort with backend-heavy projects is essential.
A strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases is necessary; exposure to NoSQL is a plus.
Experience in designing and building scalable, API-first systems is required.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and asynchronous data flows is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable mentoring peers and leading small engineering projects.
Self-motivation and adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments are important.
Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for technical decisions are required.
