Description:
The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the Customer-Centered Engineering team at Clari, responsible for resolving customer-escalated issues by coding solutions or filling in gaps where necessary.
The team acts as a bridge between Customer Support and Product Engineering, triaging escalated customer issues and providing solutions.
Responsibilities include delving deeply into product functionalities, managing high-priority customer cases, crafting workarounds for bugs, and contributing to the product knowledge base.
The role involves working with AWS & Heroku cloud-based infrastructure and mentoring engineers on best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
Expertise in Ruby on Rails, Java; adept in SQL, SOQL, and Apex, with a good understanding of various scripting languages (React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and FluentUI).
Stellar communication and strong analytical skills.
Must have an intrinsic drive and the capability to thrive independently and within a team setting.
