Description:

  • The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the Customer-Centered Engineering team at Clari, responsible for resolving customer-escalated issues by coding solutions or filling in gaps where necessary.
  • The team acts as a bridge between Customer Support and Product Engineering, triaging escalated customer issues and providing solutions.
  • Responsibilities include delving deeply into product functionalities, managing high-priority customer cases, crafting workarounds for bugs, and contributing to the product knowledge base.
  • The role involves working with AWS & Heroku cloud-based infrastructure and mentoring engineers on best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails, Java; adept in SQL, SOQL, and Apex, with a good understanding of various scripting languages (React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and FluentUI).
  • Stellar communication and strong analytical skills.
  • Must have an intrinsic drive and the capability to thrive independently and within a team setting.
