StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads.
As a Senior Engineer at StackAdapt, you will be involved in the development of the advertising platform, producing production-level code that impacts product success.
You will work with large data sets and modern tech stacks such as GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
The engineering organization promotes collaborative and cross-functional work, offering a diverse and flexible culture with dedicated career paths.
The Customer Data Platform Team consists of high-caliber fullstack engineers focused on empowering marketers to build and target audiences for digital campaigns and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
You will work with Product Managers and software engineers to translate complex business problems into high-quality software.
You will partner with UX researchers to create simple, intuitive workflows on the StackAdapt platform.
You will take ownership of projects from start to finish, engaging with stakeholders effectively.
You will write technical design documents, clearly identifying risks and making informed trade-offs.
You will participate in code and technical design document reviews and provide mentorship to early career engineers.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications.
You should have experience in building responsive web applications, preferably using React/Redux, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and GraphQL.
You need to have experience leading customer-facing projects from design to delivery.
You should have experience collaborating closely with product and design teams to create high-impact product experiences.
Previous engineering experience in marketing technology, adtech, or customer data platforms is highly valuable.
