Description:

  • Scope3 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Customer Experience team, responsible for developing systems and features supporting the full customer journey.
  • The role involves working on user acquisition, CRM integrations, billing systems, user onboarding, and customer success systems.
  • The engineer will collaborate with design and product teams, create data visualizations, conduct testing, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
  • The company operates as a fully remote and asynchronous team, with a focus on sustainability and climate work.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building software applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a senior-level capacity.
  • Proficiency in Javascript or Typescript, with a strong understanding of React, including UI testing and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and experience collaborating with product owners and designers.
