Imagine Pediatrics is an innovative, tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group focused on providing quality care for children with special health care needs.
The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and support the digital product suite, ensuring scale, stability, and user-friendly experiences for clinical teams and members.
Responsibilities include effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating business goals into technical architecture, and employing a data-driven approach to product development.
The engineer will estimate product scope and timelines, collaborate with the team to create scalable and maintainable technical solutions, and utilize modern technologies to build products.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a deep understanding and experience with front-end applications, APIs, and back-end services.
Proficiency in modern technologies such as JavaScript, Node, AWS, and React/React Native is required.
A strong understanding of all layers of web and mobile solutions is necessary.
The ability to be on call after hours once per month is expected.
Experience hosting application services on cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
Experience delivering mobile digital products to the Apple and Google Play app stores is a plus.
Candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment, with a preference for those with healthcare or virtual care experience.

The role offers a base salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, along with an annual bonus incentive and a competitive benefits package.
