Lime, the world's largest shared electric vehicle company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Data Engineering team.
The team is responsible for ingesting, transforming, and providing high-quality data for analytics, bookkeeping, and visibility purposes.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a startup environment, be a problem solver, and have a forward-thinking mindset.
Responsibilities include solving technical problems, leading new product initiatives, ensuring high accuracy in financial transactions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to the engineering culture.
The candidate will also assist in preparing data-related documentation, implement data governance policies, and advise Lime's leadership on technology adoption and process improvements.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of building impactful products.
Strong data insight and reliance on data for decision-making.
Proficiency in writing logical and maintainable code, providing clear feedback in code reviews, and understanding data security and compliance requirements.
Self-starter with an owner's mindset, excellent communication skills, and effective prioritization abilities.
Technical proficiency to contribute to project design and implementation.
