Remote Senior Software Engineer, Data & Integrations

Description:

• Vanta’s mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by continuously monitoring and verifying security.
• The company’s product integrates with services that present security risks, analyzes data, and surfaces potential threats in real time with remediation guidance.
• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help scale the product and infrastructure to support Vanta’s rapid growth.
• You will work on complex projects across the technical stack and leverage your past experience to accelerate Vanta’s growth.
• The Automation Coverage team focuses on a core system that pulls data from external services for various product use cases.
• Responsibilities include leading complex projects, solving scalability issues, developing and launching new products, building tooling for integration, and driving initiatives to improve operational quality.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience with complex infrastructure challenges related to building and scaling high-throughput data pipelines is required.
• Candidates should have played technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
• Experience launching greenfield products in collaboration with users and product managers is necessary.
• Familiarity with rapidly scaling startups and large companies, especially those that prioritize a bias for action, is preferred.
