Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience is required for the Senior Software Engineer role at Vanta.
• Candidates should have experience with complex infrastructure challenges related to high-throughput data pipelines and technical leadership roles.
• Successful candidates must have launched greenfield products in collaboration with users and possess experience in rapidly scaling startup or large company environments.
• Familiarity with playing technical leadership roles, solving scalability issues, and driving operational improvements is essential.
