• A strong background in designing and implementing robust ETL pipelines and understanding data replication methodologies such as CDC is necessary.
• Solid experience with cloud-native architecture and infrastructure, with hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud service provider is essential.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s) is required, including debugging and managing distributed systems at scale.
• Candidates should possess exceptional production debugging skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues in fast-paced environments.
