The Senior Software Engineer - Database Integrations role is remote and based in India.
The Integrations Team is responsible for onboarding and integrating data from various sources into ClickHouse.
The position involves designing, building, and optimizing scalable cloud-based services.
Responsibilities include building a high-performance data onboarding platform, integrating diverse datastores, leveraging ClickHouse's performance, collaborating with internal teams, and driving innovation through technical discussions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of industry experience in building high-scale, data-intensive software solutions.
Proficiency in Golang (preferred) or Java is required, along with experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
A strong background in designing and implementing robust ETL pipelines and understanding data replication methodologies such as CDC is necessary.
Solid experience with cloud-native architecture and infrastructure, with hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud service provider is essential.
Practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s) is required, including debugging and managing distributed systems at scale.
Candidates should possess exceptional production debugging skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues in fast-paced environments.
A high level of autonomy and ownership in a high-velocity setting is expected.

Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of effective collaboration across teams are necessary.
