Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will work on AgentSync’s Contracting product, which simplifies the onboarding process for producers to agencies and carriers.
• Responsibilities include building and maintaining the front-end application and services, writing clean and testable code, conducting code and design reviews, and collaborating with product managers.
• The role involves handling both front-end and back-end development, providing on-call support, debugging issues, and designing scalable portions of the architecture.
• The engineer will mentor other team members, participate in tech leading efforts, and collaborate cross-team on complex topics within AgentSync.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in React and Typescript for front-end development and Java with Spring Boot for back-end services.
• Experience with code reviews, engineering best practices, eventing infrastructure (Kafka), third-party tool integration, and public cloud technologies (AWS).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker and ECS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
