Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a passion for Developer Experience and empathy for developers, with a strong software engineering background of approximately 5+ years.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential, as the role involves working with engineers across the organization.
  • Proven experience in building developer tools and automation, with a strong focus on quality and test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of the Ruby on Rails ecosystem and experience with tools such as Ruby Gems, Vite, Webpack, and NPM are required.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, ideally using CircleCI and/or Jenkins, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with observability platforms, particularly Datadog, is important.
  • Candidates should be able to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • It is a plus to have previous experience on a developer acceleration team, knowledge of DevOps principles, and understanding of AWS cloud environments.
