OP Labs is seeking an experienced Software Engineer, Developer Experience to join their growing Platforms team.
The goal of the Platforms team is to build the best development experience in crypto for both internal and external open source protocol developers.
Responsibilities include supporting developer velocity with a focus on protocol developer tooling and infrastructure, optimizing continuous integration build and test times, and working across engineering teams to enhance the development feedback loop.
The ideal candidate should ensure that the development stack is delightful, reliable, and built in the open to support both internal and external contributors.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a desire to build an industry-leading development experience for teams relying on their code.
Prior hands-on experience with or exposure to the development of decentralized protocols is required.
Experience working with Docker and optimizing Docker builds is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with Kubernetes and developing with Go.
Experience in making software work across various platforms and operating systems, with an emphasis on resource usage and monitoring, is essential.
A willingness to learn from and adapt quickly to the needs of teammates in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Familiarity with monorepo-based software development is preferred.
