Description:
- Develop self-service infrastructure to empower engineering teams to work more efficiently
- Work on CI, Static Analysis Tooling, IDE Integration, and other developer-related domains
- Ensure best practices and tools are implemented across the organization
- Design, build, and optimize build frameworks for a monorepo architecture
- Participate in solution design meetings, hiring interviews, and code reviews
- Improve/maintain internal developer experience platforms
Requirements:
- Experience building internal tooling for CI, infrastructure, or developer efficiency
- Strong knowledge of Computer Engineering/Science fundamentals
- Advanced coding proficiency in Python/Java/GoLang with strong OOP fundamentals
- Understanding of DevOps ecosystem, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Infrastructure as Code
- Experience in a modern distributed microservices environment on AWS
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD
- Ability to guide and mentor team members and enhance collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
