Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer - Digital Workplace will be part of the Workplace Engineering team specializing in web architecture and analytics.
• Responsibilities include designing and delivering web-based systems and SAAS, providing insights into the workplace experience, enabling new processes, collaborating with a distributed team, writing high-quality code, debugging issues, providing code reviews, estimating work, setting goals, mentoring junior team members, connecting to data sources, database design, developing new working practices, and providing tooling for optimized processes.
• The ideal candidate must be an expert in backend web service programming in Python and Node.JS, web development technologies, data analytics, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
• The role requires an analytical, data-driven mind, leadership skills, and a passion for experimentation and analytics.

Requirements:
