The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to clarify ambiguous requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
The engineer will build and maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant systems for managing sensitive healthcare data and contribute to the development of AI/ML-powered workflows.
Responsibilities also include optimizing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure, supporting on-premise and cloud-hosted applications, and driving product innovation with a user-first approach to UI/UX design.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 7-12 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
A proven track record of delivering at least 3 business-impacting solutions as a core contributor is required.
Experience in delivering 5+ business-impacting projects and at least one 0-1 initiative is necessary.
Applicants must have 5+ years in full-stack application development, including UI, API services, infrastructure automation, and agile project management.
A minimum of 1 year in product development and 3 years in UI/UX design is required.
Candidates should have 2+ years in SRE (operations monitoring & on-call support) and DevOps (CI/CD pipeline development).
Experience in ML/AI model-based application development for at least 2 years is also required.
Technical skills should include 5+ years of experience in building public cloud-hosted application backends (Python, Java, Go) and frontends (JavaScript/TypeScript), along with 2+ years of experience with Angular framework development.
Hands-on experience with batch and stream processing of security-sensitive big data sets and developing systems compliant with HIPAA/FedRAMP standards is necessary.
