Description:

SAPI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team in a remote position based in Romania.
The selected candidate will be the first hire from their region and will play a crucial role in evangelizing and advocating for future engineering hires.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining robust software solutions that enhance product offerings.
The engineer will collaborate closely with other engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality software that meets client needs.
Key responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, contributing to architectural decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges are essential.
Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases is required.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is necessary.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are a must.
The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative environment is essential.

The position offers a transparent salary structure and progression, with annual consideration for pay rise.
Remote working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time, with core hours from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM UK time.
