The Senior Software Engineer will lead the creation of innovative software solutions, focusing on designing, building, and improving technology to maintain competitiveness.
Responsibilities include coding and development, conducting code reviews, designing software systems, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to technical planning, maintaining documentation, and providing technical leadership.
The salary range for this position is $150,000-$160,000.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or demonstrable work experience is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software.
Evidence of increasing responsibilities in current or previous roles is necessary.
Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, Golang, Python, Vue, Typescript, TSQL, and PLpgSQL is required.
Candidates should possess soft skills including resilience, attention to detail, passion for creating valuable solutions, time management, critical thinking, effective communication, collaboration, adaptability, and leadership.
