Description:

• The Enterprise Security and Compliance team focuses on implementing robust enterprise features to ensure compliance with industry standards while driving innovation.
• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will empower enterprise customers by delivering security and compliance controls that facilitate buying decisions.
• You will help organizations safeguard sensitive information by limiting data extraction from Mural and minimizing the risk of data loss.
• Your responsibilities include ensuring customer content is securely stored, retained only when necessary, and kept local.
• You will simplify investigations for customers by providing self-service data exports, promoting transparency and rapid access to critical information.
• Your work will meet enterprise security and compliance needs while enabling secure collaboration at scale.
• You will develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade features using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Collaboration with software engineers and business analysts will be essential to enhance security and compliance capabilities.
• You will proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement within enterprise solutions.
• Overseeing production systems will involve setting up effective monitoring, timely alerts, and proactive dashboards to ensure feature reliability.
• You will engage directly with major enterprise clients to support their compliance and security needs through tailored features and collaborative engagement.
• Ensuring that AI solutions balance innovation with user needs, ethical principles, and responsible AI practices will also be part of your role.

Requirements:

• You must have 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
• A strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards is required, along with the ability to architect solutions that meet enterprise requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing backend performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring system reliability in production environments is essential.
• You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, security experts, and business analysts.
• Experience in implementing automated monitoring, alerting, and logging for mission-critical backend services is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enhance their compliance and security posture are required.
