Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or an educational background in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Physics, Applied Math, or Statistics.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with leaders in product, data science, and engineering are required.
Candidates should thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy solving complex problems.
Experience in building and deploying large-scale distributed systems in a cloud computing environment is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and SQL is required, with knowledge of Typescript considered a plus.
Familiarity with various datastores, including relational, NoSQL, and data warehouse solutions, is expected.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000 to $201,500, plus equity and benefits.
