Description:

  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms.
  • You will build and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration between systems.
  • Your role includes developing and integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions to enhance user interactions and automate processes.
  • You will implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of various software solutions while maintaining system integrity and performance will be a key responsibility.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement will also be part of your duties.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred.
  • You should have 10+ years of prior experience in a software engineering role.
  • Proficiency in Low Code / No Code platforms, API development, NLP, and automation technologies is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • You must be able to think creatively and find new ways to improve and innovate.
  • The ability to adapt to changing technologies and rapidly evolving business needs is crucial.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, are expected.
