Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms.
You will build and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration between systems.
Your role includes developing and integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions to enhance user interactions and automate processes.
You will implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Ensuring seamless integration of various software solutions while maintaining system integrity and performance will be a key responsibility.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement will also be part of your duties.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred.
You should have 10+ years of prior experience in a software engineering role.
Proficiency in Low Code / No Code platforms, API development, NLP, and automation technologies is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
You must be able to think creatively and find new ways to improve and innovate.
The ability to adapt to changing technologies and rapidly evolving business needs is crucial.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, are expected.
