Remote Senior Software Engineer - Faster Payments

Description:

• Join Team Lemur, a group of 6 engineers working on ClearBank’s Faster Payments (FPS) and Confirmation of Payee (CoP) products
• Report to the Engineering Manager in a fast-growing business challenging the market
• Design and deliver new software products and enhance existing ones
• Work with large-scale applications and frameworks, possessing excellent communication and leadership skills
• Take ownership and accountability for code from design through development to monitoring in production and handling incidents

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# (.NET)
• Experience in automated testing
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and related patterns
• Ability to maintain production systems
• Experience in mentorship and leading within a team
• Familiarity with messaging systems, preferably Azure Service Bus
• Desirable to have experience with Kubernetes (preferably in AKS), databases (Azure SQL and Cosmos DB), monitoring and alerting, and Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform)
