The engineer will contribute to the technical strategy and delivery of their squad and participate in scrum ceremonies.
Ensuring high-quality code through testing and code reviews for oneself and colleagues is essential.
The position includes mentoring Junior Developers and collaborating with highly respected Software Development Engineers in a supportive environment.
The engineer will work on complex and technically challenging development projects and enhance legacy features for the HR tech platform.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience building and developing backend applications.
Proficiency in any modern object-oriented programming language is required.
A strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology is necessary.
English language abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for this position.
