Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will participate in new product development and enhancing existing products within an empowered Agile team.
• Responsibilities include independently implementing assigned feature work, designing and building medium/high complexity components, participating in hiring interviews, providing candidate feedback, performing code reviews, and mentoring associate and junior engineers.
• Required skills include being a full stack engineer with a focus on front-end applications and the ability to work as part of a global project team.
• The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years as a Front-End developer, 3+ years of React experience, and full stack capabilities including 3+ years of Java experience.
• Other requirements include demonstrable experience with Spring Boot or other Microservice framework, SaaS/Cloud application development experience (preferably AWS), understanding of security concerns and multi-tenancy, experience in designing and implementing distributed systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Front-End developer
• 3+ years of React experience
• Full stack capabilities including 3+ years’ experience with Java
• Demonstrable experience developing with Spring Boot or other Microservice framework
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud application development (AWS preferred), including a strong understanding of security concerns and multi-tenancy
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related technical discipline
