The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the FinTech Engineering Team, responsible for building a world-class Payments and Finance Operations platform.
The role involves designing and developing finance operations and payments platforms, leading technical decisions, and collaborating with product managers and stakeholders.
The engineer will ensure adherence to best practices and quality guidelines, debug complex technical issues, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in backend development with NodeJS and any RDBMS language like Postgres, along with knowledge in NoSQL Datastores.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript-based backend platforms and libraries, including Vanilla JavaScript, Node.js, and Postgres databases.
A solid understanding of system design and architectural patterns is required.
Experience in ERP Software, Accounts Receivables, and Payables is necessary.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
A willingness to learn and adapt to multiple tools and technologies is expected.
A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
A B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering is required.
Prior experience in building Underwriting/Risk or Credit decision platforms would be a bonus.
