Remote Senior Software Engineer - Flutter

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer - Flutter position is a full-time remote role based in Mexico with 3PILLAR GLOBAL.
• The company focuses on building breakthrough software products that drive revenue, market share, and customer growth for industry leaders.
• Responsibilities include facilitating effective communication with client project stakeholders using Kanban, crafting and maintaining high-quality client code, and actively participating in client calls as needed.
• The role involves promoting client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
• The engineer will engage in Triage calls with the customer team and participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
• The position requires independently driving project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have over 4 years of professional experience in mobile software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in developing applications with Flutter using Dart is required.
• Experience with JSON for information interchange is necessary.
• Knowledge and experience in state management, widgets, slivers, gestures, and responsive design are essential.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and previous experience with Cordova are required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are a must.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in both English and Spanish are required.
• Nice to have: Experience with Firebase, Xcode, and Android Studio for iOS or Android component development.
