Description:

Clari is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Forecast team, focusing on evolving the Forecast product.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and systems owned by the team.
Engineers will shape future-proof interfaces that are easy to build against and meet client-facing requirements.
Responsibilities include brainstorming with cross-functional partners to conceptualize and build new features, debugging production issues, improving test coverage, mentoring junior engineers, and enhancing engineering standards and processes.
The position is fully remote and can be worked from any location in the United States.
Clari develops Enterprise SaaS products powered by AI and Analytics to transform revenue tracking and forecasting.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong technical background with 5+ years of experience in building large-scale systems using Java or a similar object-oriented language.
A solid understanding of distributed systems, data stores, data modeling, indexing, and associated trade-offs is required.
Proficiency in debugging production issues across a full-stack system is essential.
Understanding of abstraction through interfaces and dependency injection is necessary.
A history of collaboration across engineering teams while expanding overall technical architectures is expected.
Clear communication skills are required to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
