Remote Senior Software Engineer - Front End

Description:

• Rollbar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to enhancing their product line across various application stacks.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for adding and updating product features, implementing front-end solutions, coding and maintaining applications, and writing technical documentation.
• The position involves working with a collaborative group of engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver company initiatives and projects.
• The company's architecture and workflows focus on Python and JavaScript applications running on Google Cloud Provider in an agile culture.
• The application development team works with Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React to build web applications, APIs, pipeline workers, and ETLs.

Requirements:

• Must have 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Should have 4+ years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Need to have 4+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Must have 2+ years of experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, non-relational databases, and their integration with applications.
• Desired skills include open-source experience, familiarity with Next.js, GraphQL, Tailwind, Python, Ruby, or similar languages, Google Cloud experience, Rollbar experience, a deep understanding of technologies, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
