Remote Senior Software Engineer - Front End

Description:

• Rollbar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Front End to join their remote team.
• The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing the product line by working across application stacks, ensuring delivery quality, and providing real-time insights from error and development data.
• The team works with Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React in web applications, APIs, pipeline workers, and ETLs.
• The position involves adding and updating product features, implementing front end solutions, coding and maintaining applications, and collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers.
• The architecture and workflows are focused on Python and JavaScript applications running on Google Cloud Platform in an agile culture.

Requirements:

• The candidate must reside in one of the specified USA States and provide proof of residency.
• Required skills include 6+ years of software engineering experience, 4+ years with JavaScript or TypeScript and React/Vue, 4+ years with Node.js, and 2+ years with relational and non-relational databases.
• Desired skills include open source experience, familiarity with Next.js, GraphQL, Tailwind, Python, Ruby, Google Cloud, Rollbar, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
