Description:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for problem-solving and continuously learning to make a meaningful impact on products and teams.
You will build innovative solutions that maximize user experience while considering application simplicity, performance, scalability, extensibility, and security.
You will practice Scrum methodology to ensure features are shipped as planned and scheduled.
You will collaborate as a key member of an agile cross-functional team to drive product features from design to implementation in production environments.
You will convert design mock-ups and prototypes into progressive web applications and design architectural plans for front-end initiatives.
You will serve as a technical resource for development project plans and execute projects, fix bugs, write tests, reduce technical debt, and maintain technical documentation.
You will participate actively in team discussions, Scrum ceremonies, and product demos, and mentor others to expand their knowledge and professional development.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in developing web-based applications.
You should have 3+ years of experience in advanced development with JavaScript and experience with TypeScript.
You need 3+ years of development experience with modern client-side web frameworks such as React (preferred), Vue, or Angular.
You should have experience with libraries like Redux, Redux-Saga, and Reselect.
You must have experience interfacing with RESTful APIs returning JSON.
You should be proficient with version control systems (preferably Git) and code repositories (preferably Github).
You need an excellent understanding of OOP concepts and software design patterns.
You must be able to work remotely with a fully distributed team and possess excellent written and oral English communication skills.
You should have outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously, pair with a peer, or collaborate as a team member.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude that is genuine and infectious is required.
You should have a strong willingness to learn and embrace new technologies relevant to the product and audience.

The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 a year.
