Description:

• Cardless is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend to join their team in San Francisco, CA or work remotely in the US.
• The company specializes in building a credit card and loyalty platform for consumer businesses to engage their customers, having launched credit cards for major companies like the largest mall operator in the U.S. and the largest airline in South America.
• The role involves leading frontend engineering efforts to create innovative embedded credit card products that offer a seamless payment experience for users.
• Responsibilities include scoping, designing, and leading technical projects, building interactive single-page applications using modern frameworks like React, collaborating with various stakeholders, and mentoring other developers.
• The position offers the opportunity to architect and create new products that can scale to meet growing needs and contribute to the frontend technical roadmap of the team and company.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience in front end programming languages.
• 3+ years of experience with contemporary JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Ability to identify business priorities, anticipate risks, and demonstrate deep technical expertise for teams led.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-directed, innovative, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively partner with remote teams and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
