The Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Splash will collaborate on shaping the future of the team’s frontend codebase, delivering value to enhance Splash's offerings, and providing creative solutions to problems.
Responsibilities include working on components such as the CMS, Virtual experience, and email sending, with an exciting and extensive roadmap ahead.
The role involves ensuring the product remains reliable, robust, and delightful, making the vision a reality as a senior engineer.
The position requires architecting solutions to complex problems, working with modern and legacy systems, collaborating with the Scrum Team, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with React.js in a team setting.
Ability to prototype quickly when necessary.
Experience with multi-repository frontend codebases, distributed or fully remote teams, and some backend development knowledge.
Capability to present ideas to team members, at meetups, or conferences.

Fair compensation based on skills and experience, with a base salary range of $160,000 - $170,500 for U.S. employees, along with participation in the employee equity program.
