Flowhub is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join their remote engineering team.
The company aims to make legal cannabis accessible and has developed user-friendly business management and compliance products for the cannabis industry.
Senior engineers will design, build, and deliver high-quality solutions that address customer needs while balancing technical debt, speed of delivery, security, and scalability.
The role involves mentoring other team members and participating in design and code reviews.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product management and stakeholders to create a performant point-of-sale platform, making architectural decisions, and enhancing user interfaces.
The engineer will also manage product roadmaps and support teammates across the engineering department.

Requirements:

Candidates must be innately curious and eager to understand how people, systems, and businesses work.
Experience in system design and architecture from proof-of-concept to mature systems is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for discussing complex technical subjects with various stakeholders.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving without over-engineering is essential.
Proficiency in front-end services and implementation is required, with a focus on user experience and component cohesion.
Familiarity with React.js, Golang, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL is preferred.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $140K to $165K, plus equity.
