• The Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) will be part of the Product Engineering team responsible for building web-based self-serve products for industrial users.
• Responsibilities include contributing to frontend application design and implementation, setting team standards, collaborating with UI/UX designers, converting designs into high-quality UI, working with Product Managers and Solution Architects, and maintaining code documentation.
• The onboarding process includes learning about the company, team operations, code base, agile methodologies, system architecture, and infrastructure.
• Key qualifications include 6+ years of experience, a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, front-end build tools, and best practices for modern applications.
• Bonus qualifications include exposure to industrial control systems and experience with B2B enterprise SaaS products.
• The company's tech stack includes Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, C# .NET, PyTorch, Cypress, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Gitlab CI, GCP, and more.
• The interview process consists of multiple stages including technical interviews, design and product discussions, and culture fit interviews.
• The base salary for UK residents is £91,200 - £136,800/year with equity included.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of work experience in frontend development.
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with modern front-end build tools, architectural patterns, and user experience concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
