Description:
- Phaidra is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to join their Product Engineering team.
- The company focuses on developing AI-powered control systems for industrial facilities to enhance automation.
- The role involves contributing to the design and implementation of frontend applications, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with UI/UX designers.
- Responsibilities include converting designs into high-quality UI, working with Product Managers and Solution Architects, and maintaining code documentation.
- The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience, a degree in Computer Science, expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build tools, architectural patterns, user experience, and excellent communication skills are required.
- Bonus points for experience with industrial control systems and B2B enterprise SaaS products.
- The company's tech stack includes Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, C# .NET, PyTorch, Cypress, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and more.
- The onboarding process includes familiarizing with the company, system architecture, and development processes within the first 90 days.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of work experience in frontend development.
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools, architectural patterns, and user experience concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
