Description:

Secureframe is seeking a Senior Front End Software Engineer to join their collaborative team focused on security and compliance.
The role involves working closely with product and design teams to develop and enhance the user interface of security compliance platforms.
The engineer will share ownership of the team’s feature set and will play a critical role in building the team, defining its culture, and delivering on the product roadmap.
This position is fully remote, with candidates ideally residing in Canada.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to build features that address complex technical problems.
The engineer will maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Additional duties include performing code reviews, participating in planning activities, and mentoring junior and intermediate engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional work experience, with at least 3+ years in front-end development.
A proficient understanding of core front-end technologies, including Typescript, HTML, CSS, and React, is required.
Experience in maintaining a shared component library is necessary.
A strong understanding of software fundamentals is essential.
