The Senior Software Engineer will support frontend development of the GIThrive web and mobile applications.
The role involves significant responsibility and influence in shaping patient-centered experiences in collaboration with product, design, and software engineering teams.
The mobile apps are developed using React Native with TypeScript, while the web application is built with React using Next and TypeScript.
A significant percentage of JavaScript code is shared across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
The DevOps environment utilizes GitHub and CodePush with various levels of automated testing for frequent releases.

Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in building and supporting software applications is necessary.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and React Native is essential.
The candidate must be able to execute front-end and mobile development throughout the entire development process.
An addiction to automated testing is expected.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with colleagues, business partners, and vendors are required.
Bonus qualifications include experience with native iOS/Android code (Objective-C, Swift, Java, or Kotlin), familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Firebase frameworks, and experience with medical, healthcare, or population health data.
Familiarity with FHIR and/or other healthcare data standards and experience working in a HIPAA regulated environment is a plus.
