Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer, Frontend will architect and implement highly responsive and visually stunning frontend applications for Interface’s Conversational AI platform using modern frameworks like React.js.
• The role involves building scalable and maintainable interfaces with a focus on performance and user experience.
• The engineer will create reusable components and libraries to accelerate development and maintain a consistent user interface across applications.
• Candidates should have extensive experience (7+ years) in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong preference for React.js, as well as proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and building advanced responsive layouts.
• A strong understanding of UI/UX implementation strategies is required, focusing on creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly interactive interfaces.
• Experience in building applications optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility is essential, with familiarity in distributed systems and low-latency solutions considered a bonus.
• The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to tackle challenging technical problems, proactively identify areas for improvement, and drive innovative solutions.
• Experience in socket programming and interacting with APIs at scale, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL, is necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and the ability to build advanced responsive layouts is required.
• A strong understanding of UI/UX implementation strategies is necessary to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in building applications optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility is essential.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and low-latency solutions is a bonus.
• Candidates should have experience in socket programming and interacting with APIs at scale, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• A proven ability to solve complex technical problems and drive innovative solutions is required.
• A passion for the intersection of AI and banking, as well as previous experience in startups with 5–30 employees, is considered a plus.
• Experience with fintech or Conversational AI applications is also a bonus.
