Remote Senior Software Engineer, Frontend - DevX

Description:

• As a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend on the DevX team at Kong, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces for the Konnect Dev Portal.
• Your tasks will include implementing interfaces for Portal configuration, customization, Markdown and OAS documentation editors, API catalogs, Application Registration, and API Subscription interfaces.
• You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to develop API-focused software components that impact both Kong and its customers' businesses.
• Supporting services in production by participating in an on-call rotation will be part of your responsibilities.
• Writing automated tests to ensure code behavior and avoid regressions, as well as mentoring other team members, will be essential in this role.

Requirements:

• You should have at least 5 years of experience working in a team to develop, deliver, and maintain complex software solutions.
• Expertise in Vue.js, Typescript, and Javascript is required.
• Experience in developing and supporting a large scale SaaS platform is necessary.
• Understanding and development with git and GitHub workflows are essential.
• Proficiency in test-driven development and automated testing is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration.
