Remote Senior Software Engineer, Frontend (Enterprise Products)

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will lead and mentor engineers to deliver high-value products for customers and infrastructure that supports business scalability.
• Vanta's mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by continuously monitoring and verifying security, empowering companies to practice better security effortlessly.
• The role involves integrating deeply with services presenting security risks, analyzing data, and providing real-time security threat alerts with remediation guidance to customers.
• Responsibilities include setting technical direction for product and infrastructure scalability, driving complex projects across the technical stack, and mentoring the engineering team.
• The Trust organization owns AI-powered products to streamline security reviews between software buyers and sellers, ensuring high-quality and scalable enterprise-grade products.
• The Senior Software Engineer will lead complex projects, support design reviews, develop and launch greenfield products, and drive initiatives to enhance operational posture and execution quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience.
• Strong product mindset with previous experience in product engineering and/or greenfield projects.
• Experience working on or shipping enterprise products.
• Technical leadership experience for teams or complex projects.
• Previous startup experience or working in an environment emphasizing a bias for action.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space.
