Cresta, a Silicon Valley company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a Frontend Platform focus to shape the future of work using AI.
The company aims to enhance Call Center operations through real-time agent assist products and post-call analytics.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the product team to create exceptional user experiences leveraging AI technology.
Responsibilities include shaping the front end culture, defining product requirements, building user interactions for a rule engine, owning technical aspects of products, and collaborating with Backend engineers.
The role involves integrating with various tools for CI/CD, test automation, monitoring, and documentation, as well as advocating for the desired company culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong skills in defining and building robust APIs using protocols like Websockets, REST, and RPC frameworks are necessary.
Proficiency in database schema design and optimizing query performance for scalable products is essential.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks/tools like React.js, Webpack, and Node.js is a must.
Familiarity with Cresta's tech stack including Golang, Python, Typescript, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Temporal is preferred.
Candidates should have experience with CI/CD tools, test automation, monitoring, logging, and writing their own tests.
