As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and optimize software used by customers, staff, and healthcare partners.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to identify opportunities for automation and streamline user experiences and processes.
Your expertise in software engineering will contribute to the evolution of the Reliance Health platform, creating delightful and efficient interactions while maintaining rigorous standards of quality and security.
Responsibilities include backend development, database management, API integration, performance optimization, security implementation, code quality maintenance, testing, collaboration, agile development participation, and continuous learning.
Frontend responsibilities involve designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using React.js, implementing state management solutions, creating reusable UI components, collaborating with backend developers, optimizing performance, ensuring user experience, and maintaining cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements:

Backend Heavy: You must have 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering with PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or Java (Spring Boot).
A strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns is required.
Experience with database systems, API development, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is necessary.
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are required.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities are necessary.
Agile development experience is a plus.
Frontend Heavy: You must have 7+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.
Knowledge of and experience in the creation of WordPress themes is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 is necessary.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx is required.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming is essential.
A strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility is necessary.
